Return Window
We accept eligible returns within 7 days of delivery.
The 7-day return window begins once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier. To request a return, please contact us within this timeframe so we can provide return instructions.
Returns requested after the 7-day window are not eligible for return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or damage
- Returned with original tags and packaging when applicable
We kindly ask that all items be tried on with care.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide the return instructions and the correct return address. Approved returns should be shipped back within 3 business days of receiving return instructions.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we’re unable to issue a refund for return packages that are lost in transit.
Earrings & Final Sale Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items marked Final Sale are also not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an update on the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can help make it right.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging when possible.
Items Sent Back Without Approval
Please contact us before sending anything back.
Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted. This helps us make sure your return is sent to the correct location and processed properly.
